It is important that we understand every aspect of your project so that we can provide the most accurate quote and most realistic turnaround timetable. Prior to filling out the form, please have your artwork ready to upload and visit our catalogs to browse for the types of products that you would like, ensuring that they are available in both the sizes and colors that you need. Take note of item numbers for use on the form. Pricing is determined based on the following factors:

APPAREL/PRODUCTS:

Product and apparel pricing is based on a number of factors including the number of items purchased, sizing (extended sizing costs more), brand name, material and more. Our pricing is based on the current distributor pricing and is subject to change.

SCREEN PRINTING PRICING:

SETUPS:

Each color and location of a design requires the setup of a unique screen.  Each screen is $30.

Example:  A two color logo screen printed on the left chest and on the full back requires 4 screens for a total of $100 in setup costs. It is important to know how many colors you will be requiring on your screen printed design.

DIGITIZATION:

All logos need to be digitized to a vector (ai) format for the creation of the screens. Digitization fees start at $25.

PRINTING COST:

Printing cost takes into account the ink, labor and finishing processes necessary to complete each shirt. Printing cost is affected by the color of the apparel or item, the location(s) of the design and how many pieces are being printed.  There is a minimum of 12 identical pieces for screen printed orders and pricing is higher when you print fewer pieces. For example – screen printing 6 sweatshirts and 6 joggers does not meet the 12-piece minimum since the sizing and locations are different for each type of apparel.  

EMBROIDERY PRICING:

DIGITIZATION:

All logos need to be digitized to an embroidery format (DST) to communicate with the embroidery machines. Digitization fees start at $25.

EMBROIDERY COST:

Embroidery cost is determined by the number of stitches in your logo and the number of locations for your final product. Multiple locations on one garment/hat/product will increase the final price.

MINIMUM ORDER:

There is a 12 piece minimum order requirement.
